• Travel / Tour Application - Interstate

  • This form is to be completed by a team travelling outside of their State League jurisdiction. An Interstate application must be lodged 4 weeks prior to the first match played as part of any tour and must be sanctioned by the applicable State Leagues for insurance coverage to apply.

  • It is the responsibility of the Tour Manager named in Section 2 to supply the names of all members of the travelling group to their Local League administrator prior to the team departing on tour. This list will serve as registration/insurance confirmation and as a reference for governing bodies (if required).

    - Domestic tour supervision ratio should comply with the Play by the Rules recommendation of 1:8 (one adult chaperone : eight children or young people)
    - The above applies to children and young people seventeen (17) years and under
    - Coaches/Sports trainers can also be chaperones (they can fulfil both roles if required)
    - Adult chaperones will require a Child Safety clearance in their local respective state of residence
